Fulham loan out Jerome Opoku to Plymouth Argyle FC Featured

The English League One side have completed the loan signing of the English-born of Ghanaian descent in the ongoing summer transfer window.


Plymouth Argyle FC have signed defender Jerome Opoku on loan from English Premier League side Fulham FC.

The central defender, who can also play at left-back, joins Ryan Lowe’s side on an initial deal until January.
Opoku spent last season on loan in Sky Bet League One with Accrington, making 25 appearances as Stanley consolidated in the third tier.
The 21-year-old has been with Fulham since he was nine and signed a new long-term deal at Craven Cottage last summer.
Opoku is eligible to represent either Ghana or England at any level.
He was born to Ghanaian parents in London.
