Godfred Donsah nears Turkish Super Lig loan switch Featured

The 24-year-old combative midfielder is set to join an elite division side in the Turkish top-flight after expressing keen   interest over his services this summer 

Ghana and Bologna midfield enforcer Godfred Donsah is on the verge of sealing a season-long loan deal with admirers from the Turkish Super Lig in the ongoing transfer window.

Having spent last season on loan at Belgian top division side Cercle Brugge, the former Hellas Verona enforcer is set to be farm out again by his parent club this term as he is not in the plans of manager Sinisa Mihajlovic for the just-started league campaign.

According to reports from the ltalian media, Rizespor and Malatyaspor are the two elite sides currently in the running for the signature of the 24-year-old - with the former believed to be the front-runners over his chase in the ongoing transfer window.

The Black Star has a running contract with Bologna until June 2022 and his market value has been pegged at €2.40m as per transfermarket.

Donsah has capped once for Ghana at the senior national team level, the Black Stars.
