Former Ghana youth international Joseph Paintsil registered his name twice for MKE Ankaragücü in the Turkish top-flight league on Saturday afternoon.

Ankaragücü suffered a painful 5-3 away defeat to Rizespor in their match-week four clash at the Caykur Didi Stadium.

The 22-year-old netted his debut goal for MKE Ankaragücü with a fine strike on the 6th minute of the game.
Ten minutes later, Paintsil doubled the lead for the visitors before Fernando Santos pulled one back for Rizespor on the 19th minute.
His teammate Torgeir Boerven extended the lead to 3-1 on 44th minute but the deficit was reduced by Fernando Boldrin on the stroke of halftime.
A second half hat-trick from former Chelsea star Loic Remy handed Rizespor all the needed points in an eight-goal thriller.
He lasted for 46 minutes for Ankaragücü as well as his compatriot Godfred Donsah who featured for Rizespor.
Paintsil joined MKE Ankaragücü on a season-long loan deal from Belgian club KRC Genk
