Kudus Mohammed scores and provide double assists for Ajax on injury return Featured

Ghana attacking midfielder Kudus Mohammed continued his blistering performance for Ajax with a goal and assists.


Mohammed registered his first-ever league goal for Ajax in their 5-1 home victory over SC Heerenveen in the Dutch Eredivisie match-week five clash at the Johan Cruijff Arena.

The 20-year-old set-up the opener scored by brace-hero Dusan Tadic on the 4th minute as he bagged his sceond goal of the day on the 28th minute.
The Black Stars young enforcer extended their lead with a fine strike on the 35th minute which ended the first half in a 3-0 lead in favor of Ajax.
The visitors reduced the deficit on the 66th minute through Henk Veerman but a penalty kick converted neatly by Davy Klaassen on 72nd minute restored their lead.
Brazilian attacker Antony Matheus dos Santos sealed their heavy home win after making no mistake of a pass from Kudus Mohammed on the 87th minute of the game.
Kudus enjoyed the full duration of the match after recovering from a knock which made him missed their match-week four clash with FC Groningen.
Due the injury, he was ruled of Ghana's international friendlies against Mali and Qatar.
Mohammed has been incredible for Ajax in the Dutch Eredivisie since his arrival at the club this summer.
He joined the Dutch giants from Danish SuperLiga club FC Nordsjaelland on a five-year deal
