Ghana youth international Issah Abass has fully recovered from a shoulder injury after two weeks.
The 22-year-old has been out of action for Mainz 05 after dislocating his right shoulder at the club's training grounds.
Abass has been declared fit ahead for their match-week five game against Borussia Mönchengladbach this weekend.
"I'm happy to return to the pitch again, we'll strive to pick victory over Borussia Mönchengladbach on Saturday," Abass told Kickgh.com
He missed their 1-0 home loss to Bayer Leverkusen last weekend.
Abass has made two appearances for Mainz 05 in the just started 2020/21 season.
He returned from a season-long loan spell at Dutch Eredivisie club FC Utrecht
