Ghanaian international Thomas Teye Partey has been ruled out of Arsenal's trip to Leeds United on Sunday.

Right from International break, the Gunners will take on Marcelo Bielsa and his charges at the Elland Road in match week nine of the English Premier League.

The 27-year-old suffered a strain on his left thigh and was substituted in the first half in their heavy 0-3 home loss to Aston Villa before going for the break.
The ex- Rojiblanco also missed Ghana's AFCON qualifier double header against Sudan due to the same and still couldn't recover on time to make the Londoners squad to Leeds.
Manager Mikel Arteta in his pre match presser confirmed Partey won't be available for the game but are hoping to have him back as soon as possible.
"No, he picked up an injury very early in the game [against Aston Villa], he tried to carry on and he wanted to play the second half and we knew it was a significant injury.
"He has done really well, he is working very hard and he wants to be available. Hopefully we can get him back soon but it is an area where we have to be careful and a bit protective with the player."
