The 23-year-old has disclosed he hasn't been impressive for the Slayers at all ever since he joined them hoping to do better to help Amiens climb up the Ligue 2 log.
After 17 games, Lomotey has honoured 11 providing one assists so far leaving Amiens SC 10th on the league standing with 23 points exhibiting no sign of securing a ticket back into the French topflight.
The ex Dreams FC man believe he hasn't been impressive likewise his other teammates and they are all not satisfied with their current situation in the ongoing campaign.
Also, he added by revealing his versatility on the pitch stating he can be deployed as a centre-back too but he feels more relaxed when he is been used at his natural position which is the defensive midfield role.
He told Gazette Sports;
"I don’t think my start to the season has been great, I’m not happy with my performance at the moment. I know I can do better and I am working for it.”
“I think Amiens should be higher, we are not happy with our ranking because we are capable and we have to do better. We should fight with the top teams. We are not satisfied with this position.”
"I really feel more comfortable in the middle. I’m better as a midfielder, I really feel comfortable there. I can play defense also because sometimes you have to sacrifice yourself for the club. But I really feel more comfortable in the middle."
The Slayers will travel to Stade de Roudourou to take on Guingamp in the next round of games.
