Former Asante Kotoko midfielder Muniru Sulley joins FK Minsk Featured

The transformative midfielder has completed a switch to the Belarusian top-flight league side until the end of the season.

 
 

Former Asante Kotoko midfielder Muniru Sulley has officially joined Belarusian Premier League outfit FK Minsk on a short deal.

 
The 28-year-old signed a deal which keeps him at the Citizens until December 2021 with an option of renewal.
 
The Ghanaian defensive midfielder joined the Belarusian Premier League side on a free transfer after abrogating his contract with Asante Kotoko last month.
 
Muniru who signed a two-year deal with Asante Kotoko in November 2020, opted to leave the club after making only four Ghana Premier League appearances. 
 
He is returning to Belarus after a short spell at Dinamo Minsk in 2019.
 
Muniru previously had stints at Romanian top-flight league clubs namely CFR Cluj and Steaua Bucharest.
 
He also featured for Turkish club Yeni Malatyaspor and PFK Tambov in Russia.
