Former Ghana youth star Ishmael Yartey registered his first-ever goal for FC Haka in their home loss to HJK Helsinki in the Finnish top-flight league on Thursday afternoon.

Second half goals from David Browne and Luis Henrique on the 53rd and 61st minute respectively handed visitors all the needed points over FC Haka at the Tehtaan Kentta Stadium.

Yartey, 31, climbed off the bench to snatch the consolation goal for FC Haka on 72nd minute of the game.
His goal wasn't enough to secure a point for the home side as their struggles in the Finnish Veikkausliiga continue, with only two victories recorded so far this season.
Yartey joined the nine-time Finnish Veikkausliiga champions on a year deal after ending his stay with Saudi Arabian second-tier club Hetten FC.
He has previously featured for several clubs in Europe including SF Benfica, CD Fatima, FC Souhaux, FC Sion, Servette FC, Gil Vicente and Portland Timbers in America.
