Ghanaian international Kamaldeen Sulemana featured for the first time in Stade Rennais shirt in their 2-1 defeat to Getafe in a preseason game for the upcoming season.
Sulemana was introduced on the 68th minute as replacement for Loum Tchaouna.
The 19-year-old sealed a five-year deal worth up to €21 million from Danish side FC Nordsjaelland to Stade Rennais last week.
Sulemana joined his teammates in Spain earlier today for preseason in Spain after undergoing a personal training with club on Monday.
Before joining Stade Rennais in France, he attracted interest from several clubs in Europe including Ajax, Manchester United and Liverpool FC.
Sulemana is expected to live up to expectations after notching ten goals and providing eights assists in 29 appearances for FC Nordsjaelland last term.
