Ghanaian exciting teenager Forson Amankwah scored a spectacular goal for FC Liefering in their six-goal thriller win over FC Dornbrin in the Austrian second-tier league on Friday evening.

Amankwah registered his second goal of the season for the Red and White lads in their 4-2 away win over the relegation-threatened club in their match-week 9 clash at the Stadion Birkenwiese.

Franco Joppi opened the scoring for Dornbirn in the 31st minute but 18-year-old Roko Šimić equalized from the spot on 63 minutes.

Šimić added the second five minutes later to make it 2-1.

Mali youngster Nene Dorgeles scored in the 70th minute and Lukas Katnik pulled one back for Dornbirn with four minutes remaining on the clock.

The former WAFA SC star curled in on his left foot from outside the box to wrap up the demolition exercise on the 75th minute of the game.

He has scored two goals with an assist in his nine game outings for FC Liefering this term.

Amankwah joined Red Bull Salzburg on a five-year deal from Ghana Premier League outfit West African Football Academy (WAFA SC) for an undisclosed fee in 2020.

He was loaned out to Red Bull Salzburg's feeder club FC Liefering as part of his development process as young footballer.
