Starting with the EPL, Africa Rising Stars Academy product Mohammed Salisu played full ninety minutes for Southampton in their 3-1 defeat to Chelsea at the Stamford Bridge last Saturday.

Crystal Palace came from two goals down to draw 2-2 with Leicester City at the Selhurst Park. Jeffrey Schlupp came off the bench to score whiles Jordan Ayew played 53 minutes. Daniel Amartey was an unused substitute for the travellers.

Black Stars forward Emmanuel Gyasi lasted the entire duration of the game but his club Spezia Calcio suffered a humiliating 4-0 loss to Helas Verona at the Estadio Macantonio Bentegodi.
Caleb Ekuban was introduced on the 56th minute when Genoa were humbled narrowly by newly-promoted side Salernitana.

Enock Kwarteng had full time action for Bordeaux in their 3-0 humiliating defeat to AS Monaco. Former WAFA defender Gideon Mensah was introduced on the 69th minute for the visitors.
