“IT’S TOUGH!” Benjamin Tetteh bemoans toughness of the Turkish Süper Lig Featured

Ghanaian striker Benjamin Tetteh has bemoaned that playing in Turkey is tough and harder than he had expected.

According to the former Dreams FC striker, matches in the Turkish topflight is unpredictable whereas teams can pull a surprise in league games making it to be very competitive and exciting in Europe.

 

Tetteh, who is playing his second season at Yeni Malatyaspor after officially joining them in July this year opens up about the league.

 

“Football in Turkey is very interesting. Because you can never predict which team will beat the other. It's a very interesting league whereas anyone can win against anyone,” the Black Stars sharpshooter bemoaned.

 

“You can't tell me that a big team can easily beat a smaller team, never,” he added.

 

Due to his explosive outing in the Süper Lig, teams across Europe are keeping close tabs on him - hoping to bring him to their fold.

 

Tetteh might be on his way to be a regular starter for the Black Stars after sending signals to the tactical handlers of the team after featuring in the win against Zimbabwe in the 2022 FIFA World Cup qualifying doubleheader.
