The 24-year-old full-back of Ghanaian origin has said he would consider his future at the German top-flight side in the winter transfer window given his lack of playing time this term

German-born Ghanaian defender Benjamin Paa Kwesi Hendrichs has given the strongest indication that leaving Bundesliga side RB Leipzig in January could be on the cards as a result of lack of game time this season.

And now, following his lack of playing minutes at the Red Bull Arena, the Bayer 04 Leverkusen youth product has indicated his intentions of severing ties with the Leipzig-based club come in January transfer window.

"you have to think about how things will continue," the 24-year-old was quoted as saying by Kicker over his lack of playing time with RB Leipzig

Added the quotes: "Because he wants to "play football". If nothing changes in this unsatisfactory situation for him by winter, there is a desire to change."

The Bocholt-born lateral stopper has so far made one appearance in the ongoing Bundesliga campaign for RB Leipzig.

He has been capped 5 times by Germany, making him ineligible to switch national allegiance to represent the West African superpowers at the senior national team level.
