OFFICIAL: Ghana's John Yeboah seals MSV Duisburg loan deal Featured

The 21-year-old winger of Ghanaian origin has completed his loan switch to the German lower division side in the current January transfer window until the end of this season's league campaign

Bundesliga 3 side MSV Duisburg have announced the signing of German-born Ghanaian winger John Yeboah on a six-month loan deal from Dutch Eredivisie side Willem Il in the ongoing winter transfer window.

Following an uninspiring outings with the Koning Willem II Stadion outfit this term, the former VfL Wolfsburg academy graduate has been farmed out to the German lower-tier campaigners for the rest of the 2021/2022 football season.

A statement from the Duisburg-based club confirming the capturing of the left-footed winger reads:

"Winger John Yeboah is on loan from Willem II Tilburg to Meidericher Spielverein until the end of the season. The 21-year-old will wear the number 39 on his back in future."

Right after putting pen to paper on the deal, Yeboah made his readiness known to those in charge of the MSV-Arena outfit as he itches for game time over his loan move this winter.

"want to get the best out of myself here at MSV and collect as many minutes of play as possible. At the same time, I want to help the team and score points as quickly as possible," the 21-year-old told the club's official website 

Sporting director lvo Grlic spoke about the qualities of the former VVV-Venlo loanee after securing his loan services this January.

"John is a flexible player who can be used on both wings and is good for our game."

Before sealing his loan move to MSV Duisburg, he made 8 league appearances for Willem Il in the ongoing Dutch top-flight contest.

The  Hamburg-born winger is eligible to play for Ghana at the international level despite featuring for the U16 ,U17, U18 , U19 and U20 teams of Germany.
