Having captured ltalian-Senegalese youth star Filippo Calixte Mane from Sampdoria this winter, the German elite division top guns are looking forward to adding the highly-rated Ghanaian youth star next summer

Bundesliga superpower Borussia Dortmund are currently on the heels of Dutch-born Ghanaian teenage sensation Prince Adu-Addae Junior Aning in their bid to snatch him from Dutch Eredivisie side Ajax Amsterdam.

The 17-year-old talented left-back caught the attention of the German heavyweights during their last season's UEFA Youth League group stage encounters over a two-legged affair against the Dutch giants.

According to reports from the Dutch media, the promising budding star is yet to be offered a professional contract by the Yohan Cruyff Arena outfit and that has alerted the Die Borussen to step up their chase to lure him by their side come next summer.

Report filed by German Newspaper Ruhr Nachrichten has indicated that Aning has been at the training grounds of Dortmund having arrived in Germany on Wednesday ahead of his possible move to the Signal Iduna Park in the near future.

It is understood that the highly-rated teenage sensation would be drafted in the reserve side (U-23) of the Bundesliga superpower should they successfully land him from Ajax Amsterdam.

Aning, who is currently with the Ajax U-18 youth side, featured in 5 games in the UEFA Youth League championship last term.

The Amsterdam-born left-back is still eligible to play for Ghana at the international stage despite featuring for the Netherlands U-16 & U-18 national youth teams.
