Joseph Aidoo grabs consolation goal after scoring own goal in Genk away defeat

Ghanaian defender Joseph Aidoo was on target for KRC Genk in the Belgian top-flight league on Saturday evening. 
KV Mechelen managed to inflict a 3-1 defeat on KRC Genk at the AFAS-stadion Achter de Kazerne.
The former Inter Allies guardsman scored an own goal in the 3rd minute of the game to give Mechelen the lead. 
A first half brace from Nicklas Pedersen ended the first half in a 3-0 in favour of the home side.
Back from recess, the 22-year-old centre-back pulled one back for Genk in the 54th minute of the match.
A 90th minute goal from Alejandro Pozuelo wasn't enough as the match ended in 3-2 win in favour of KV Mechelen.
The former Ghana U20 star has netted two goals in his 13 appearances for KRC Genk in his debut season.
Aidoo joined the Belgian giants from Swedish side Hammarby IF during the last summer transfer window.
