Asamoah Gyan came off the bench to score his first league goal for Kayserispor Featured

Ghana striker Asamoah climbed off the bench to score his first goal of the season for Kayserispor in the Turkish top-flight league on Sunday afternoon.

His lone strike helped Kayserispor to post a 1-0 home victory over Akhisarspor at the Kadir Has Stadium.

The 32-year-old powered the Red and Yellow lads to victory after with a powerful header on the 75th minute of the game.

He replaced Turkish international Umut Bulut on the 70th minute.

His compatriot Bernard Mensah lasted for the entire duration of the match.

Gyan has bagged two goals with two assists in his eight appearances for Kayserispor this season.
