Jordan Ayew scores as Crystal Palace beat Man United at home

Ghana striker Jordan Ayew registered his first goal of the season for Crystal Palace in their away victory over Crystal Palace on Saturday afternoon.

Crystal Palace managed to inflict a 2-1 home defeat on Manchester United in their English Premier League week three clash at the Old Trafford Stadium.
Palace took a shock lead in the 32nd minute when Jordan Ayew raced onto a flick from Jeffrey Schlupp before sliding the ball into the bottom corner of the net to silence Old Trafford.
Daniel James cancelled out a first-half Jordan Ayew effort to leave the two teams level in the 89th minute, before Van Aanholt squeezed his strike under David de Gea in the final exchanges as Palace recorded their first ever Premier League win over the Red Devils.
He was replaced by Christian Benteke on the 75th minute of the match.
Ayew joined Crystal Palace this summer from Championship side Crystal Palace after a successful loan spell last season.
