Kevin Danso puts up five-star performance on EPL debut for Southampton

Austrian defender of Ghanaian descent Kevin Danso featured for the first time for Southampton in the English Premier League on Saturday afternoon.

Southampton travelled to inflict a 2-0 home defeat on Brighton & Hove Albion in their match-day three clash at the American Express Stadium.
The 20-year-old was given the nod to start for the Saints for the first time since joining them from Bundesliga club Augsburg this summer.
Moussa Djenepo, a substitute and £14m summer signing from Standard Liège, had been on the pitch for 78 seconds when he cut in from the left to bury the ball into the top-right corner from the edge of the box.
Nathan Redmond tapped home a cross from Sofiane Boufal to seal the points in injury-time.
He enjoyed the full throttle of the match with a sterling output as his side record a resounding away win.
Danso was eligible to play for Ghana, England and Austria but he opted to represent Austria where he has capped six times.
