Ghanaian coach Maxwell Konadu tells Partey 'It's time to leave Atletico Madrid'

The former Ghana international has urged Partey to consider leaving the Wanda Metropolitano Stadium outfit.

Asante Kotoko head coach Maxwell Konadu believes that it is time for Thomas Partey to quit Spanish La Liga side Atletico Madrid.

Partey has been linked with a move from the Spanish club to several clubs in the next summer transfer window.

Coach Konadu advised the 26-year-old midfielder to leave the Spanish club after ace Ghanaian journalist Saddick Adams wrote on twitter that a close source to the player said he is not ready to extend his deal with Atletico Madrid.

Partey is reportedly on cloud nine with interest from English Premier League duo Manchester United and Arsenal.

Atletico Madrid are currently in talks to offer a new deal to keep the Ghana international at their outfit until summer 2025.
