KRC Genk promotes 15-year-old Ghanaian kid Pierre Dwomoh to senior team

The Belgian top-flight club have promoted the budding talented midfielder to the club's first team for next season.
 
 
Ghanaian kid Pierre Dwomoh has earned promotion to the senior team of KRC Genk ahead of their 2020/21 season.
 
On Tuesday, the Belgian club announced to promote a product from their academy to the first team for the next season.
 
Dwomoh who arrived from Anderlecht at the age of 12, three seasons ago.
 
He extended his contract until 2024 after his promotion despite interest from European giants such as Juventus.
 
It is believed that Bayern Munich, Chelsea, Arsenal, AS Monaco and Red Bull Salzburg are among the clubs that follow the footsteps of the young Belgian-Ghanaian midfielder.
 
The talented midfielder is eligible to represent Ghana or Belgium at any level.
 
He was born to Ghanaian parents in Belgium.
 
Dwomoh played for KRC Genk U18 side last season where he made four appearances in the UEFA Youth Champions League
