EXCLUSIVE: La Liga 2 club Extremadura UD promote Ghanaian youngster Sabit Abdulai to first team

The budding talented midfielder has earned promotion to the senior team of the Spanish second-tier club, Kickgh.com can exclusively confirm.
 
 
Ghanaian youngster Sabit Abdulai has earned promotion to the first team of Extremadura UD for the their 2019/20 league campaign.
 
His promotion to the club's season comes following his explosive performance at the Extremadura UD youth side for the past seasons.
 
The 21-year-old joined the Spanish La Liga 2 side from Ghanaian lower-tier club Spartans FC in 2018.
 
He has been training with the club's first teams as they expect the return of football activities in Spain next month.
 
The Techiman-born was handed a five-year deal by the Red and Blue after impressing the club's technical during his loan spell.
 
He established himself to become a highly-rated combative midfielder at at the Extremadura UD 'B' since arrival in summer 2018.
 
Abdulai was a member of the Ghana U20 team before leaving the shore of the West African nation.
 
He was part of the Ghana U20 squad that played at the 2019 U20 Africa Cup of Nations staged in Niger.
 
His contract with Extremadura UD will expire in summer 2024.
 
Extremadura UD already have Emmanuel Lomotey in their fold with Kwabena Junior Nkrumah, Emmanuel Attipoe and Issifu Samed in their youth team.
