FC St. Pauli winger Christian Joe Conteh is set to join Dutch Eredivisie side Feyenoord Rotterdam in the ongoing summer transfer window.

The 20-year-old wideman of Ghanaian parentage has attracted a long-term interest from the Dutch side and is now nearing a switch to their side following the everlasting pursuit over his services.

According to news outlet De TelegraafFeyenoord Rotterdam Technical Director Frank Arnesen has been monitoring the talented prodigy for a year now and has penciled him down for the coming season as the 20-year-old's asking price could be afforded by his club.

The paper further claims that Joe Conteh is due in Rotterdam for his medical today as he could put pen to paper should he be given a clean bill of medical health by the team's medics.

The youngster had a terrible hamstring injury which kept him on the sidelines for many part of the 2019/20 German second-tier league season with St. Pauli.

Nontheless, his promising showings in his 7 game appearances still convince the Rotterdam-based club in seeking for his services for the upcoming Eredivisie league contest.

Conteh's contract with FC St. Pauli will expire in 2021.

His current market value is €450,000.00 , according to transfer market.

He is still eligible to feature for Ghana having played for Germany at the youth level.
