The Black Stars midfielder is brooding over his goal scoring drought with the Nerazzurri ahead of today's match clash against Bologna

Ghana attacking midfielder Kwadwo Asamoah says he has "missed scoring" for lnter Milan as he readies himself to face Bologna in today's Serie A match fixtures at San Siro.

The 31-year-old versatile left-footer had been struggling with niggling injuries in the ltalian top-flight. However, his recurring injuries have contributed to him missing most part of the league campaign this term.

Asamoah has recuperated fully and is now on top form for his outfit. He says his goal drought has been a headache although he is not eyeing any individual appraisal as his aim is to help the cause of the club in winning games.

The former Juventus man told

I miss scoring, that is I don't think about it when I play because my goal is to help the team win the games, but I can't wait to find again the joy it gives you to mark. It would be a discharge of energy and trust ".

The ex-Udinese midfielder also spoke about his midfield role at Inter.

"A role that I like but that also involves a lot of sacrifice. All of us, as a team, know exactly what to do . Antonio Conte always want the most out of all of us, but above all we prepare the best  in the game, but also in training. "

Asamoah has capped 74 times for Ghana with 4 goals to his credit.
