Hasaacas Ladies will be battling it out against Moroccan champions ASFAR in the first semi final of the maiden TotalEnergies CAF Women's Champions League

The game definitely is going to be a hectic and epic tie at the Al Salam Stadium with the two teams obviously coming in with nothing but a winning mindset to book a place in the final.

The Ghanaian champions have been outstanding so far in the competition finishing as winners of Group A with seven points having won two and drawn one in the first phase.
They thrashed Equatorial Guinean side Malabo Kings and AS Mande from Mali before sharing spoils with host Wadi Degla in their last group game recording no defeat in the group stages.
Again, the 'Hasmal Ladies' currently are the highest scoring team in the competition with 8 goals having the competition's current top scorer so far Evelyn Badu in their set up with four goals in two games
Meanwhile, ASFAR also commenced on a very higher note after thumping on Nigerian giants Rivers Angels by 3-0 in their opening game.
However, the UNAF champions also lost to Kenyan conquerors Vihiga Queens in their next game before sharing spoils with group B winners Sundowns which eventually secured them a spot into the last four.
Both teams have a full strength squad to parade against each other today with no any major injury worries at their disposal.
Coach Yussif Basigi rested some of his key players in their last game and will be returning into the line up today, most importantly Evelyh Badu who will look to increase her goal tally today.
With ASFAR, after securing a hard fought qualification, will look to upset their Ghanaian counterparts today having had their three players; Sanaa Mssoudy, Ghizlane Chhiri and Fatima Tagnaout all making it into the team of the first phase and are all poised for action today.
