The final of the maiden TotalEnergies CAF Women's Champions League will be coming up this evening at the 30 June Stadium in Cairo pitting Ghanaian champions Hasaacas Ladies and South African conquerors Mamelodi Sundowns Ladies

Both teams will be battling it out against each other today seeking for the giant trophy and also of course the bragging the right for being the first team to win the CAF's most elite women's club football competition

The Hasmal Ladies have been outstanding in the championship having emerged as winners of Group A with 7 points after recording two wins against Malabo Kings and AS Mande. Also they drew to host Wadi Degla in their last game.
The 'Dooo' lads proceeded with their electrifying perfomance into the semi final where they picked a hard-fought 2-1 triumph over Group B runners up ASFAR.
Sundowns Ladies however,  finished as leaders of the other group also with seven points having defeated Kenya's Vihiga Queens and Rivers Angels from Nigeria but shared spoils in their last game against Moroccan champions ASFAR.
The COSAFA champions were also held and stretched to extra time by Equatorial Guinean side Malabo Kings in their semi final tie but ended goalles in regulation time. They subsequently won 5-4 on penalties to cruise into the final.
Coach Yusif Basigi and his girls will be boasting as the team with most goals in the tournament (10) and the top scorer Evelyn Badu who has netted five goals in three matches in their team, will look to count on that to go in for the ultimate.
However, the Masandawanas have also been arguably the best club defensively in the competition having conceded no goal with their goalkeeper Andile Dlamini keeping clean sheets in all the games they have played so far and was also adjudged woman of the match in their semi final game after her exploits during the shootout.
Both teams have no any major injury worries at their disposal looking the squad they paraded into the competition.
Hasaacas Ladies elite gunwoman Milot Pokuaa will have to still watch from the stands due to injury having featured in none of the games they have honoured so far.
