Black Satellites shot-stopper Danlad Ibrahim has reissued with so much believe and confidence that they are going to offer their best to win the WAFU Championship for Ghana.

The Ghana Under 20 team eliminated Niger last Tuesday to reach the final of the competition and also secure automatic qualification to the CAF U20 Cup of Nations, Mauritania 2021

Prior to the final, head coach Karim Zito has earlier disclosed they will do all what they could to win the trophy after achieving the first part of their target going into this tourney.
However, his goalkeeper Danlad Ibrahim has reiterated and backed his coach's comments also indicating they will win the tournament at all cost.
The Kotoko goalie added by saying winning the trophy will bring lots of joy in the country since Ghanaians especially the recent generation are very hungry of national team glories. He said
“Now the next step is to fight hard and win the trophy for Ghana and the president [H. E.] Nana Addo. We recently had peaceful elections so we believe if we win the trophy and bring it home, it will add to the joy and peace already in the country.
“So the jubilation we had yesterday is now in the past but we have started to engage each other to work hard to bring the trophy to Ghana."
“Ghana is hungry for trophies so we want to deliver this one to Ghanaians,” he concluded.
The Black Satellites will take on the Young Stallions of Burkina Faso in the last hurdle of the WAFU Zone B U20 Championship over the weekend in Porto-Novo.
