CAF U-20: Black Satellites trains for the first time in Mauritania   Featured

The Ghana national U-20 team held their first training session on Sunday as they currently prepare to take on the Ngorongoro Stars of Tanzania on Tuesday in their opening game of the ongoing Total CAF U-20 Championship in Mauritania.


The Black Satellites arrived in Nouakchott last Saturday night but trained on the following day at the Stade de Nouadhibou Academy, in order to acclamatize quickly to the state and nature of the pitch before their game.

Supervised by head coach Karim Zito, the team held series of training yesterday where they did lots of physical training, ball works and others with all the key players ready and looked poised for the game on Tuesday.
The tournament commenced last Sunday after host nation Mauritania lost narrowly by 0-1 to Cameroon after a huge opening ceremony celebrations.
The Ghana U20 steps in action tomorrow against Tanzania whereas Gambia take on Morocco in the other clash in Group C.
