The South Korean Football Association (KFA) have reached an agreement with the Ghana FA for an international friendly between the two countries at under 23 level which is due to be played mid next month.

The game is going to be honoured twice in the space of three days with the first game scheduled for June 12 while June 15 host the other fixture, all to be played at the Jeju National Stadium in Seogwipo in the Jeju Island.

This clash will serve as a preparatory game for the South Korea U-23 side who will be partaking in the upcoming summer Olympics, which is unlikely to be held due to the recent rise in  coronanivrus in Tokyo, a city that is to host the big event.
The Ghana U-23 team headed by coach Paa Kwesi Fabin will pitch camping later this month with their squad already announced and this game will serve us a warm friendly for them since they have been out of action for almost two years now.
The Black Meteors failed to qualify for the summer Olympic Games having finished 4th in the Africa U-23 Cup of Nations which was staged in Egypt in November 2019.
