The former Swansea City star believes there's more to do in the Black Stars team before the commencement of the 2022 FIFA World Cup qualifiers in September.

Ghana captain Andre Ayew has admitted that the senior national team will have to improve after a double-header international friendly against Morocco and Ivory Coast.

The Black Stars wrapped up their international friendlies with a scoreless stalemate with the Elephants of La Côte d'Ivoire at the Cape Coast Sports Stadium on Saturday after suffering a 1-0 defeat to Morocco in Rabat.
Ayew said the four-time African Champions have to do more after picking only point in the two matches before the 2022 FIFA World Cup qualifiers in September.
He wrote on his official twitter account "2 good games vs 2 top teams..lots of encouraging stuff but still more work to do to be ready for the WCQ in September.. thanks for ur support we keep going"
Ayew is currently unattached after leaving English Championship side Swansea City following the expiration of his contract.
