It will be a dream to play for Black Stars - Ishaku Konda Featured

Estonian-based Ishaku Konda has expressed his readiness to play for the Black Stars describing it as a long term dream having already starred for their feeder side in previous years.


The 21 year was the captain of the Black Satellites in the 2019 Total CAF U20 Cup of Nations which was held in Niger, and also WAFU Championship in Togo in the same year.

The ex- Asokwa Deportivo defender has stated it is his dream to feature for the senior national team one day having lots of the players he played with in the same generation in the team right now. He said;
"Most of this current Black Stars players are those I played with during my days at the U-20 so I hope to join them soon," Konda told OTEC FM
"Every player's dream is to represent his nation so I'm patiently waiting for a call up" He added
Ishaku Konda, 21, has been outstanding so far for his club Paide Linnameeskond, playing 11 matches so far with an assist, as they currently sit second on the Estonian Meistriliiga log with 30 points after 14 games.
