WC Qualifier: Nigeria’s Mohammed Sanusi handed Ghana-Zimbabwe clash as Match Commissioner

FIFA has appointed the General Secretary of Nigeria Football Federation, Dr Mohammed Sanusi as match commissioner for next months 2022 FIFA World Cup qualifying hurdle between Ghana and Zimbabwe in Cape Coast.

The World football governing body, FIFA has announced.


Sanusi, will work with Gabonese referee Pierre Ghislain Atcho and his compatriots Boris Marlaise Ditsoga [assistant line 1], Montel Moussounda [assistant line 2] and Eric Otogo Castane as fourth official.


Guinean Aboubacar Doumbouya will be the referee assessor while Dr Christiana Baah of Ghana will serve as medical officer.


The Black Stars and the Warriors of Zimbabwe will face off on the 9th October at exactly 16:00 GMT at the Cape Coast Stadium.
