Ghana’s Ambassador to Zimbabwe; His Excellency Alexander Ntrakwa, has urged the Black Stars to stay focused as they prepare to play the Warriors, their Zimbabwe counterparts in the second leg of the 2022 FIFA World Cup qualifier.

Ambassador Ntrakwa said this in his welcome address when the team touched down in Harare on Sunday night for the crucial game on Tuesday October 12 at the National Sports Stadium in Harare.

Ambassador Ntrakwa said to the Black Stars: “After they scored the penalty, their commentators here said, the team has ambushed a plan and they will display it to the Black Stars in the away fixture.

In his closing remarks, Ambassador Ntrakwa congratulated and urged the team to go all-out and win the match.

“I want to congratulate you for winning the first game. We were here watching, the Zimbabweans came to Ghana with a vision, but thanks to God that didn’t materialize and we won the game.

“We have to commit our all-in tomorrow’s game because they have hatched a plan against us,” he stated.

Ghana was the better side on the day against Zimbabwe and snatched a 3-1 win to ignite their qualification fire to blaze.

Black Stars will train today [Monday] for Tuesdays match, which will kickoff at 1:00pm (13:00GMT).
