Berekum Chelsea forward Stephen Amankona has earned a call-up to the Black Satellites of Ghana.
The 18-year-old has been handed a call-up by Coach Jimmy Cobblah ahead of their final qualification round fixture against Benin.
He has already started training with the team at the Ghanaman School Center of Excellence.
The Ghana U20 team are currently preparing ahead of their first league tie against Benin in the Africa Youth Championship qualifiers.
Amankona has netted five goals in his 14 appearances for Berekum Chelsea in the Ghana Premier League this season.
