Ghana U23 captain Yaw Yeboah arrives ahead of Algeria clash

The Skipper of the Black Meteors has arrived ahead of their all-important clash with the Algerian U23 team this month.

Spain-based midfielder Yaw Yeboah touched down in Ghana on Monday to begin preparations with the Ghana U23 team ahead of their CAF U23 Cup of Nations qualifier.
The 22-year-old arrived at the team's camping base in Accra on Monday to train with his teammates ahead of the match.
Yeboah is currently on loan at Celta de Vigo from La Liga 2 side CD Numancia. understands that other foreign-based players invited for the crucial encounter will also arrive on Tuesday evening.
Ghana will host the Algerian U23 team in the first leg on Friday September 6 at the Accra sports stadium.
The Black Meteors will travel to Algiers for the reverse leg tie scheduled for Tuesday September 10.
The winner of the tie will qualify to this year's edition of the CAF U23 Cup of Nations which will be staged between 5-22 November 2019 in Egypt.
