We'll make Ghanaians proud again - Andre Ayew

The skipper of the Black Stars has assured the West African country of a resounding win over the Bafana Bafana on Thursday evening.

Swansea City forward Andre Ayew is hopeful of making Ghanaians happy with a victory in their 2021 Africa Cup of Nations qualifiers opener against South Africa.
 
The Black Stars will be opening their campaign with South Africa of the qualification round at the Cape Coast Stadium.
 
“There is always a responsibility on us to make sure we make our country proud. We accept this responsibility," Ayew told reporters
 
"We won’t always get it right but we are determined to be up there again.
 
“We appreciate the support Ghanaians have always offered us. It was wonderful yesterday in Winneba, Mankessim and here in Cape Coast. We are also determined to make every Ghanaian happy”
