Ghanaian defender Kadri Mohammed says he and his teammates will lack leadership qualities in the absence of the deputy skipper of the Black Stars, Andre Ayew.
The West Ham United winger has been ruled out for four months after picking up a thigh injury in their English Premier League opener against Chelsea.
