Ghana coach Kwesi Appiah has ended his three-week working visit in Europe with the vision of strengthening the Black Stars team.
Coach Akonnor embarked on tour in Europe earlier this month to visit and observe some Ghanaian players.
The scouting and monitoring mission gave him the chance to visit some injured Ghanaian players as well as engaging with coaches of their various teams.
He had stint with some coaches to observe their training methods and exchange ideas with the legendary manager.
Akonnor also met some budding Ghanaian players with good potentials of playing for the senior national team of Ghana in the future.
Akonnor wants to build a strong team for the future as well as the 2021 Africa Cup of Nations qualifiers and 2022 FIFA World Cup qualifiers.
