PREVIEW: Dreams FC vs Asante Kotoko SC- Kotoko returns to Dawu to another fine treat by Dreams

Dreams FC invites Asante Kotoko SC to the Theatre of Dreams at Dawu for their Match Day Seven fixture in the Ghana Premier League.
The Dawu Park awaits the buzzle and hustle of the vociferous visit of probably, the most revered side at the venue for visiting clubs in the history annals of the local game.
Dreams FC returned to topflight football after their demotion to the second-tier football with almost a refect result at home in the 2017/18 season just when co-debutants, Karela United picked up a point past weekend at the Dawu Park after a dealing so well with Elmina Sharks and Wa All Stars to ensure maximum points.
It hasn't been a vintage display, thus far, for Dreams FC at home as they have had to churn out victory through difficult means and will likely find difficulties against their opponents who left the venue the last time they visited with all three points this afternoon.
Injuries have not made Dreams FC a fiersome side like we saw them in the GHALCA G-8 tournament with the likes of James Wiafe, Leonard Owusu and other noted key names in the squad who ensured they had a perfect pre-season campaign.
The skipper of the Dreams FC side, Godfred Asante, has also been left to move to Guinea to Horoya FC which will leave another gap to fill in the middle for the young Still Believe side as against that experience midfield of Asante Kotoko SC this afternoon.
It will be always be a good venue for the Porcupine Warriors as they picked up victory the last time they visited the venue through Dauda Mohammed's 18 seconds strike and will have the psychological urge ahead of the home side heading into this game.
Asante Kotoko SC are yet to record a back-to-back victory in close to a year of football and going into this game with a midweek victory against Ebusua Dwarfs at the Baba Yara Sports Stadium, they will go into this game with all purpose and drive to get the maximum results to keep them in contention for the league diadem.
Asante Kotoko SC are also having injury problems. Amos Frimpong, though has resumed training with the club after picking up an injury in Match Day Two against Inter Allies in Kumasi, could not travel with the team to Dawu just like left-back Daniel Darkwah who is still in the nursing room. Striker Saddick Adams is yet to gain full recovery from his injury.
Mawuli Osei returns to the team after missing out in their midweek fixture against Ebusua Dwarfs in Kumasi with a suspension and will be available to lead the lines for Asante Kotoko SC if selected by coach Paa Kwesi Fabien.
The Theatre of Dreams will buzz to the delight of all both on and off the pitch and will be the venue to be this afternoon for the Match Day Seven fixtures.
