Jordan Ayew agrees terms with Crystal Palace; set for medical

The English Premier League side are set to announce the signing of the 26-year-old attacker, according to reports in UK.
Ghana and Swansea City forward Jordan Ayew is on the verge of completing his switch to Crystal Palace after agreeing terms.
The former Olympique Marseille youth star is in advanced talks with the Eagles lads which his move will be announced in the coming hours.
According to the Guardian, the Ghana international will be undergoing a mandatory medical after reaching an agreement with the club.
He has been linked to several clubs including Leicester City, Celtic and Liverpool in the ongoing summer transfer window.
He finished last season as Swansea City's top scorer after bagging seven goals in 36 appearances.
Ayew joined Swansea City from fellow Championship side Aston Villa in January 2017.
