Norwegian-born Ghanaian attacker David Hickson Gyedu was on target when KFUM Oslo recorded an emphatic 4-1 victory over Rosenborg in Round 16 of the Norwegian Eliteserien on Sunday.
Hickson Gyedu snatched the lead for the Red and White lads with a fine strike in the 17th minute after making a good use of a pass from Obilor Okeke.
Rosenborg got the needed equaliser in the 53rd minute through a penalty converted by Dino Islamovic, but Okeke quickly restored KFUM’s lead with a brace in the 73rd and 76th minutes.
A late own goal from Hakon Volden aided the home side to deepen the woes of Rosenborg, by extending their unbeaten streak in the meetings to four.
The 28-year-old of Ghanaian descent lasted for 86 minute of the game after an incredible output for KFUM Oslo.
Gyedu has now scored three goals and provided one assist in 14 league game outings for KFUM Oslo in the ongoing season's campaign.
