Kudus Mohammed just joined Tottenham Hotspur and aims at giving his all to help the club achieve successes but is also looking forward to adding another responsibility in his game in this new challenge

The North-Londoners announced the capture of Kudus from West Ham United last week for a fee of £55 million in the ongoing summer transfer window.

The arrival of the Right to Dream Academy graduate at Tottenham becomes the first transfer between Spurs and West Ham since Scott Parker's move to Spurs in 2011.

The mercurial playmaker registered five goals and four assists in 35 Premier League games for West Ham last season and will definitely hope to better his numbers last season

Kudus, who registered an assist on his debut against English League One side Reading, said he is looking forward to improve his defensive abilities so he can help his side anytime they are under threat

“In as much as I offer a lot offensively, defensively I want to be able to make the team feel like they can also depend on me,” Kudus told Hayters TV.

“The full backs also need me in times like that, especially in games where we have to be defending sometimes, so it’s something I am bringing to the team,” he added.

Kudus Mohammed will look to continue smoothly like this throughout the preseason in order to get himself well gelled in the team and ready for the season
