Former Hearts of Oak left-back William Dankyi has signed a two-year deal with Aduana FC in the ongoing transfer window and was officially unveiled by the club last Monday
This is going to be the fifth club he will be playing for in the Ghanaian topflight having previously featured for Liberty Professionals, King Faisal FC, Hearts of Oak and Bibiani GoldStars
Official club statement on Facebook reads;
“Aduana FC is excited to announce the signing of dynamic left-back William Dankyi from Bibiani GoldStars SC!”
“He joins the Fire Boys on a two-year contract, with an option to extend for one more season.”
Dankyi, was an integral member of Bibiani Gold Stars that won the Ghana Premier League last season where he made 21 appearances with two assists to his belt
He becomes Aduana FC’s ninth arrival after Godfred Boakye, goalkeeper Obeng Sekyere Gregory, Mezack Afriyie, Gideon Asante, Stephen Kwakye, Patrick Mensah, Riis Opoku Twumasi and Remember Boateng
The Fire Boys after what was an abysmal campaign last season have been very busy now looking to patch up all cracks and build a redoubtable side to compete for the league title next season
