Karela United winger Bless Ege is set to feature again this weekend as the Pride and Passion Boys gear up for their Ghana Premier League matchweek 8 showdown with Asante Kotoko.
Ege was on target in Karela’s 2–0 home victory last weekend at the Aliu Mahama Stadium, coolly converting a 42nd-minute penalty to seal the win and continue his fine scoring form.
The dynamic winger, who joined from Accra-based Division One side Golden Kick, has now scored three goals this season — all from the spot and remains a key figure in Karela’s attacking setup.
His performance have been key to the team’s recent resurgence, and his impressive form in the last match suggests he’ll be a vital weapon once more when they face the Porcupine Warriors on Sunday at the Baba Yara Stadium, with kick-off set for 3:30 pm.
Ege’s confidence is sky-high and Kotoko’s defence will need to stay alert — any lapse could see them punished by his unpredictable, nerve-jangling strikes.
